1. The 2nd GARUDA INDONESIA BALI INTERNATIONAL MARATHON is open to all interested runners. However, RACE ORGANIZERS will ONLY allow the entry of participants who have filled up and signed their entry form and WAIVER/QUIT CLAIM. Participants below 18 years old may join the race, provided that their entry form shall be counter-signed by a parent or guardian.
2. There will be three (3) race divisions: Half Marathon (21.097 KM), 10K and 5K with several categories:

• Team refers to a group of 5 persons (same gender), race time result will be aggregate of 5 pax
3. Only registered runners in the International Race will be issued Pre-Race T-Shirt to be worn during the Welcome Party. Participants in the Team Event shall supply their own race shirt with team name and the event's official logo. Fun Run/Walk participants may have their own race shirt of any kind.
4. Runners in the “International Race, regardless of their categories, will receive commemorative finisher's t-shirt.
5. All registered and paid participants in the International Race, Team Event and Fun Run/Walk will be issued their Race Packet consisting of Race Number Bib, Route Map, Race Technical Advisory.
6. RACE PACKETS will be released starting Oct. 10 until Oct. 16, 2009.
7. All participants, regardless of their participation status will receive Certificate of Participation.
8. A non-refundable policy on registration/entry fees to be charged to all participants, will be strictly imposed based on the following entry fees per schedule. (See Table)
9. The Registration Period: July 1- October 16, 2009.
10. On line registration and payment instructions can be seen at our website: www.garudabalimarathon.com. Please present proof of payment (i.e bank transaction slip) upon claiming your race packet and before joining the race. There will be no registration and race packet distribution on Race Day.
11. The organizers reserve the right to change, revise and modify rules and regulations pertaining to the event prior to the actual conduct of the race to ensure its successful implementation.
12. All complaints/protests related to the conduct and result of the races must be made in writing and submitted within one (1) hour after the end of each race to the Overall Race Director. Otherwise, the Organizers shall not entertain such complaints not done in writing. A Protest Fee of Rp 1,500,000. shall be paid upon submission of protest/complain letter.
13. Race Cut-Off Time:
- All Categories (Half Marathon, 10 K, Fun Run) 3 Hours
14. The Organizing Committee will arrange Medical first-aid facilities at the competition venue.
15. Runners run at their own risk. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible for any personal injury or loss or an other misshaps during the event.
16. The Race Directors Decision is FINAL.
